Los Alcázares
Los Alcázares has a fantastic coastline with over 7 kilometres of sandy beaches which give direct access to the warm waters and is only a 10 minute walk from the complex.
Lou’s Place
A fantastic 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor bungalow located on a secure complex with gated access and the added bonus of a large communal pool and smaller childen’s pool. You will find the property has a spacious living area with air con/heating and is furnished & equipped to a high standard. The property benefits from a Smart TV with IPTV box, which includes sky sports and movies along with Xbox and games. The Kitchen, which is separate, is fully equipped & leads onto a rear patio area. To the front of the property is a large patio area with seating for 6 and a stone BBQ.
Paul’s Place
Paul’s Place is a lovely, modern fully furnished house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and roof terraces,which are both equipped with stone BBQ’s seating for 6. The property benefits from a Smart TV with IPTV box, which includes sky sports and movies along with Xbox and games. The house overlooks a large communal pool and separate children’s pool. The complex is secure with gated access and located in a peaceful area, although only 500 meters from the main Plaza with a host of bars, restaurants and shops and is just a 10-minute stroll to the local beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.
