A fantastic 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-floor bungalow set on a secure, gated complex, complete with a large communal pool and a separate children’s pool. The property also offers secure on-site parking for added convenience and peace of mind.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with air-conditioning and infrared heating panels for the winter months, furnished and equipped to a high standard. The bungalow features a Smart TV with an IPTV box offering Sky Sports, movies and more, along with an Xbox and a selection of games.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and leads out onto a private rear patio area. At the front of the property, there is a large terrace with seating for six and a built-in stone BBQ — perfect for outdoor dining.

Both bedrooms are bright and comfortable, each offering two single beds plus plenty of storage with wardrobes and drawers. Every room has air-conditioning and cosy infrared heating panels, and the main bedroom also has a fitted safe for extra peace of mind. A highchair and travel cot are available free of charge, making things that bit easier for families.

At the front of the bungalow, there’s a lovely spacious patio area with a table and seating for six — perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening drinks. The complex itself features a fantastic 20m pool and a separate children’s pool, ideal for cooling off or spending lazy days in the sun.

Although the bungalow is set in a quiet, peaceful spot, you’re less than a five-minute walk from shops and restaurants. The beach is around a 10-minute stroll, and golfers will love having the nearest course just 2 km away.

Wi-Fi is available for a small charge of €10 per stay, payable locally. Air-con/heating runs on a meter, with €20 of free credit provided each week. This is usually more than enough, but extra credit can be purchased if needed.

Los Alcazares has been awarded four EC blue flags for its beaches. Most of the narrow streets lead directly to the 7 kilometres of sandy shore. The nearest shops & restaurants are in the plaza, which is just a 5-minute walk. Los Alcazares has a wonderful feel about it and with its all year round climate it has something for every season. The town’s market days are Tuesday and Saturday when a wide variety of goods are available. Festivals are an all year round occurrence in the area.

Los Alcazares festivals are held at Easter, the second week in August & the middle of October. The historic city of Murcia, is only a 30 minutes drive, its has many designer stores and is charming with its squares & narrow streets. The city of Cartagena is full of fascinating sights & only 15 minutes drive away. They are both well worth exploring for their shops, architecture & history.

The development is secure with gated access and on-site parking, set in a peaceful area yet only 500m from the main Plaza with a great selection of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops — and just a 10-minute stroll to the beautiful Mar Menor beaches. Please note: A €60 cleaning fee is payable on arrival. Inside the Property The living area is comfortable and inviting, fitted with air-conditioning for the summer and modern infrared heating for the winter months, ensuring a cosy atmosphere all year round. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen smart TV, Xbox with games, fibre-optic internet and IPTV with the full Sky package (Sky Sports, Sky Movies), plus a full movie library, box sets and catch-up TV. Both bedrooms have two single beds, wardrobes and drawers, and both benefit from air-con and infrared heating. The main bedroom also includes a safe for added security. A highchair and travel cot are available at no extra charge. Outdoor Space At the front of the bungalow is a large private patio with a table and seating for six — perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. The complex offers a 20m communal pool along with a separate children’s pool, making it an excellent choice for families. The location is peaceful yet extremely convenient — less than a 5-minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants, and just a 10-minute stroll to the Blue Flag beach of Los Alcázares. The Mar Menor

Few regions are lucky enough to have a salt-water lagoon beside the Mediterranean Sea. Along its 73 kilometres coastline perimeter there are numerous beaches with crystal clear, shallow water (with a maximum depth of 7 metres) making it very safe for children. The Mar Menor lagoon covers an area of 170 km2, making it the biggest salt-water lake in Europe. In the coolest months the temperature of the water is about 12°C while in August it reaches 30°C.

The Mar Menor is listed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places on earth. Many people come to the northern end of the Mar Menor to cover themselves in the black mud from the salinas, which is supposed to be full of all sorts of nutrients. With the many cafes & bars dotted along the beach it’s a great way to spend the day & soak up the sun.

Flights & Transfers : Costa Calida is now more accessible than ever with numerous low cost airlines flying into both Corvera & Alicante from all over the UK and Europe. Corvera is just a 30 minute drive and Alicante a 45 minute drive.

A full airport transfer service can be arranged for you from either Corvera or Alicante please enquire for details.

The apartment is well maintained and furnished to a high standard. It has everything you could want or need during your stay. We love the fact that it’s very close to the beach and many restaurants of Los Alcazares. We will definitely be back again soon.
