Lou's Place Gallery
A fantastic 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor bungalow located on a secure complex with gated access. It has a spacious living area with air con/heating. Furnished & equipped to a high standard including TV & DVD player and Xbox along with a selection of DVD’s and games. It has satellite TV with channels including kids, news, BBC, ITV channel 4 & 5. The Kitchen, which is separate, is fully equipped & leads onto a rear patio area. To the front of the property is a large patio area with seating for 6 and a stone BBQ.

Free Welcome Pack
Welcome Pack Provided including water, milk, bread, butter, cheese or eggs, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of red and white wine.
Security Deposit
We will charge a £100 security deposit at the time of booking which is fully refundable.
Longer Term Bookings
If you are interested in a longer term booking (more than 28 nights) Please contact us directly for a custom quotation. Please note there is a maximum stay during June, July and August of 21 nights.
Airport Transfers
Please contact us if you need Airport transfers as we can also arrange this for you and get you a fixed price in advance.
Cleaning Fees
There is a €75 cleaning fee for Paul's Place and a €60 cleaning fee for Lou's Place payable to your hosts on arrival.
Wi-Fi Available
WiFi is available at a cost of €10 per stay up to a maximum of 28 nights. For longer term lets the cost will be €10 per month.

We accept 20% deposits for reservations however if your booking is made less than six weeks from your stay full payment is required at time of booking.
Paul’s Place Gallery
Paul’s Place is a lovely, modern fully furnished house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and roof terraces both equipped with seating for 6 and stone BBQ’s. The house overlooks a large communal pool and separate children’s pool. The complex is secure with gated access and located in a peaceful area, although only 500 meters from the main Plaza with a host of bars, restaurants and shops and is just a 10-minute stroll to the local beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.

Today, Los Alcázares is one of the top tourist destinations in the whole region of Murcia.
Los Alcazares has a fantastic coastline with over 7 kilometres of sandy beaches which give direct access to the warm waters and is only a 10 minute walk from the complex.
There are 15 golf courses within the region of Murcia, with two of the best ones only being a 5 minute and 20 minute drive away.
